Odysseas Sekkas received his B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Department of Informatics & Telecommunications at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece in 2003 and his M.Sc. in Communication Systems and Data Networks from the same Department in 2006. He holds a Ph.D. (2010) from the above Department in the research area of Pervasive Computing and especially in Context-Aware Data Management. He is also member of the Pervasive Computing Research Group (p-comp) and the Communication Networks Laboratory (CNL) of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He has participated in several European and National founded research projects. His research interests are mainly focused in the areas of pervasive and mobile computing, wireless sensor networks and data fusion.
