- Technical Contract for matters related to the Support & Maintenance of IT Applications
- Provide guidance to existing users, striving for best possible usage of the systems
- Conduct regular user acceptance testing of the new digital product releases
- Responsible for the Change management Process of all the digital products
- Ticket management of all the technical issues of the Digital products
- Responsible for the Security Assessment of the Digital products
- Level 1 IT Helpdesk Support
- Very Good command in English, any additional language is an advantage
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach combined with a positive can-do attitude
- Customer centricity, Curiosity and learning
- Embracing change & new technologies
